How do I track my order?
For the greater convenience of our consumers, we provide monitoring of the entire order processing, from payment completion and approval to delivery.
Order status updates are sent via automatic emails. The automatic order email sent includes the tracking code and information to track the delivery through the shipping company's website.
Using your Login and Password on our website, you can follow up on My Account in the My Orders field, which contains information regarding each of the orders placed, and you can check the status of each of them quickly and easily.

I didn't receive my order on time, what should I do?
Here are some items that should be seen:
- Delivery date: confirm the expected delivery date for your order;
- Delivery address details: confirm the details provided for delivery;
- In the case of condominiums and buildings: it may happen that someone receives the order for you. Check with the concierge, the building manager and employees;
- Absence of recipient: 2 (two) delivery attempts will be made on consecutive business days. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the Post Office may make the purchase available for collection directly at the agency indicated in the tracking code itself. If it is not collected, the purchase will be returned to our factory;
- Refusal of the order: make sure that the people in charge of receiving the order, such as doormen, did not refuse to receive it.
