The discounts and special conditions offered in the "Last Call" campaign are exclusive to online purchases and do not apply to physical stores.

2. Exchanges:

Items purchased during the Last Call campaign can be exchanged on the website https://altogiro.troque.app.br/ and in our physical stores.

Exchanges in physical stores :

If you choose to exchange an item purchased during the Last Call campaign in a physical store, the following conditions apply:

Exchange for size or color of the same product: The value considered for the exchange will be the original price of the product, without the Last Call campaign discount. The difference between the amount paid on the website and the original price of the product must be paid at the time of exchange.

Exchange for a different product: The amount paid on the website for the item purchased during the Last Call campaign will be considered as credit for the purchase of a new product in the physical store. If the new product chosen has a higher value than the credit, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange. If the value of the new product is lower than the credit, the difference will not be refunded.

3. Returns:

To return items purchased during the Last Call campaign, the customer must follow the instructions available on the website https://altogiro.com.br/pages/politica-de-troca-e-devolucao

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4. Final Provisions:

In the event of any discrepancy between the information contained in this regulation and any other information disclosed in other media, the conditions described herein shall prevail.
