To achieve this, we develop social projects and establish partnerships, because we believe we reap what we sow.
Tecnologia e qualidade
For our designers to exercise their creativity in our collection, it is necessary for the entire production chain to be constantly evolving. Always seeking to innovate and be attentive to new technologies, ALTO GIRO has specific software for production management and a computerized cutting system integrated with modeling. It also has project and planning, programming, and productivity control departments. With our suppliers, we seek innovative yarn technologies that combine physical benefits, comfortable designs, and trends.
Socio-environmental actions
The well-being of everyone connected to ALTO GIRO is a key concern, reflected in its structure, which includes a restaurant and a leisure and rest area for employees. To further support our employees, the "New Possibilities" project was created five years ago. It provides supplementary classes in English, Math, and Portuguese, as well as music and theater classes, for employees' children aged 12 to 16. Nearly 100 teenagers participate in the project during the school year. We value and participate in incentive programs such as "Jovem Aprendiz" and social inclusion projects, always aiming for greater interaction with society. We also have a project with APAE Maringá, which involves reusing fabric scraps. These scraps are transformed into hair ornaments by APAE students and then repurchased by the company, becoming a beloved gift for our customers.
